This is family run guest house.
We have a daughter and cat, (they never get in the guests rooms) so we are also kids and dogs friendly and offer baby watching and dog sitting.

Staying with us:
– feel free to ask us for anything– from recommendations to extra towels
– try to keep the noise to minimum after 8PM please as so will try ourselves , unless it is an family event happening.
– Fresh towels, hair-dryer, basic medicine, all the personal cleaning products, umbrellas, iron and ironing board can be provided on request.
Rooms are on the upper floor (1st floor) without a lift. Apologies for the inconvenience. Stairs are the only way to get to the rooms.
Fresh light and modern double rooms . One En-suite room and two with shared bathroom and WC.
Only few mins walk to town and beaches . Around 5 minutes to Great Western beach . Shops and restaurants only few minutes away. There is tea and fresh coffee making facilities along with a smart TV with access to Netflix and internet. We have space for storing surf boards and wetsuits.
We will always try to welcome you to the house upon your arrival, show you your room and answer any questions you might have of the local area or about your stay with us, but there may be times when you will need the code to access the house on arrival.
Although we live in the house we will stay out of your way, but also we are also are very sociable so happy to chat.
Parking
Sorry we do not have parking but here is the local parking information:
– on street parking in front of the house has a 2hr restriction during the day but can park between 4pm-11am if a place is available
– 1 minute walk but very small Albany road car park 9-4 £8 for 24 hrs
– 2 minute walk large car park Trenance car park 9-4 £8 for 24 hrs
– Tretherras road 5 min walk Off Hilgrove road Free on street parking
Booking Terms
General Policy
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in.
For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to listing’s check in time, (3PM) on the day of the check in, otherwise no refund.
For example, if the check-in is on Monday, can cancel by Monday of the previous week before the check in time.
If you decide to cancel with less than 7 days in advance or decide to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded either.
